I only have a 6-digit Rewards card number, how do I get a 13-digit number?

I cannot remember my PIN/I did not set up a PIN for my Wind Creek Rewards account. What can I do?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are not allowed access to your PIN. You must visit one of our physical properties to reset or add a PIN to your account.

Do I have to give my personal information to register for a WindCreekCasino.com?

If you are not a current Wind Creek Rewards member, we do ask for some basic information from you. This information is required for registration. We use this information to create a Wind Creek Rewards membership for you in addition to your WindCreekCasino.com account. What is an Event Code? What if I do not have one?

You do not have to have an event code to register. If you do not have one, you can simply skip that box. We use event codes when we are out somewhere like a festival or such and are registering guests in association with that event. If you have already registered for WindCreekCasino.com, then you cannot use an Event Code.

How do I get a card to play on at the casino?

If you are new, please make sure that you stop by Player Services at one of our casinos. Tell them that you registered online and they can search for your account. Make sure that you take a valid government issued ID with you to the casino. You will need it to get your card!

Will the online games help to build my points for the next card status?

No, the only way to build your points for your card status is to play with your card active in the machines on the casino floor!

If I receive a prize as an offer, win a tournament, auction, or virtual

drawing, or redeem WScore Points, can I give it to another member? No, just like current offers or promotional prizes, they can only be used by the member who wins them.

How do I delete my account?

What are WScore Points?

WScore points are earned while playing games online. WScore points can only be earned online and can only be used online. Each time you win during a game, a portion of that win is added to your WScore points. WScore points are only earned during game play. WScore points are NOT earned while playing in tournaments.

How can I use my WScore points earned online?

You can redeem your WScore by clicking the WStore button on desktop or by clicking Store on mobile. You can also use your WScore points to bid in our online auctions.

What is the difference between Points and WScore?

Points are earned while you play at our gaming machines on property. You earn 1 points for every $5 you play in the gaming machines. Points can be used on property at a food outlet, in the gaming machines, etc. These points are the points that are counted toward your next card level.

WScore points are earned while you play online and can only be used online.

Do WScore points expire?

Currently they do not; however, our Terms of Service does state that we reserve the right to change the WStore and WScore program rules, benefits, conditions of participation or award or redemption levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect WScore that has already been accumulated.

What is the WStore?

The WStore is our online store built specifically for you to use your WScore. Most of the Rewards in the WStore are limited to a specific day that they can be used. Make sure that when you are choosing your reward you are very careful to check to see what day you are clicking on. The check out process for the WStore is a two-step process. When you click Redeem, you see a pop-up and you have to click Redeem again. The valid date of the reward is listed on both screens. Rewards that are valid for one (1) day expire at midnight that same day. Rewards that are redeemed from the WStore are generally loaded on to your Wind Creek Rewards account within five (5) minutes but may take up to ten (10) minutes to show on your Rewards tab on the website/app. Once you redeem a prize, we cannot change it or refund your WScore points so please be careful when choosing your reward.

Why has my amount of WScore changed to get a reward from the WStore?

Each person’s required WScore points for redemption are unique to that person. If you redeem multiple Rewards from the WStore, you could see your required WScore points increase. Your required WScore points for redemption may change after you make a trip to the casino.

What does it mean when a WStore items says Black Out Days apply?

At certain busy times such as holidays and special promotions, our hotels and spas may block out all of the rooms during that time. If this happens, then it is considered a Black Out day and we will be unable to book your request during that time.

How do I play in a Tournament online?

On desktop, simply click on Tournaments, then “In Progress.” If a tournament is available to play, all you do is click “Play Now.” On mobile, click Tournaments next to the “W” at the bottom of the screen then following the same instructions as above.

How can I tell who will win a tournament and what they will win?

Each tournament has a prize description that details what the winner receives and who will be the winner. Our tournaments award prizes to different places. 1st place is not always a winner. Make sure you read the description closely. Winners are announced on the Community Wall shortly after the end of the tournament. Prizes won during tournaments are valid for 30 days.

What are Online Entries?

Online Entries are virtual drawing entries that can be used only at WindCreekCasino.com. They may be given as prizes for tournaments and auctions or they can be redeemed in the WStore.

How do I enter a drawing?

On mobile, tap Drawings on the main screen. On desktop, click the three lines on the right-hand top screen and then click Drawings. You will find a list of the upcoming drawings that are available. Choose the drawing you would like to enter, then click “View.” Each person can claim one (1) free entry for each drawing. Midway down the screen, you will see a place to add additional entries. When you confirm your number of entries, they are added into the drawing drum. Once added into a drawing drum, your entries cannot be removed from the drum nor can they be refunded.

If I win a drawing, how do I claim my prize?

You must be online at the time of the drawing. If you are a winner, a box will pop up on your screen. Simply click the Claim button to claim your prize. If you do not claim your prize, another name will be drawn and you will forfeit your prize. Winners are announced on the Community Wall shortly after the end of the drawing. Prizes won during drawings are valid for 30 days.

How do I participate in auctions?

Our auctions use WScore points as a currency. On desktop, click the three (3) menu lines at the right top of your screen. Then, click Auctions. Click on the Current Auctions tab. If there is an auction happening, it will show here. Enter the amount of WScore points you are willing to bid and click enter. If you are on mobile, tap Auctions on the main screen and follow the same steps. Winners are announced on the Community Wall shortly after the end of the auction. Prize won during auctions are valid for 30 days.

I keep getting a warning telling me “Sorry, currently only one game session is allowed at the same time.” What does this mean?

Wind Creek Casino will only let you play one game at a time. It may be that you have two or more game sessions open either in the same web browser, different web browsers or that you have sessions open on a desktop or laptop and the mobile app. Simply close one of the games and you will be able to play again.

I am having issues getting the games to load on the app. What should I do?

We recommend that you use WiFi when engaging with our mobile apps. Also, please ensure that you have the latest version of iOS or Android. Older versions and older phones do tend to have a problem running our app.

If I leave a game, will I lose the credits that I have?

No, you will not lose your credits. They will follow you to the next game.

How do I get more credits to play?

Once you reach a certain amount of credits, a wheel will appear. You can spin the wheel and get more credits.
